Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Ensure safe on-road operations while maintaining on-time pick-ups and drop-offs. 2. Familiarity with assigned service area. 3. Awareness of ADA Policies and Procedures and understanding ADA compliance. 4. Proper operation of all wheelchair lifts. 5. Collect the prescribed fares and notify paratransit dispatch of any refusal to pay or any other type of issues, fare evasion, or fraud. 6. Providing information to passengers. 7. Background checks and drug tests are necessary for this job. We deal with airports and hotel guests and provide them with service.
