Overview The Tarmac Transportation Driver will transport premium customers from gate to gate on the tarmac. The ideal Driver will require a unique variety of skills. Paying close attention to detail is critical to providing the extremely high level of service that United is aiming to deliver to these very important customers. What We Are Looking For · At least one to two years of personal-assistant or executive-assistant experience. · Based in or near New York City and able to work primarily in person in Manhattan. · Available for a full-time, variable schedule that frequently includes evenings and weekends, scheduled on-call coverage, and occasional remote administrative work. · Highly organized, dependable, responsive, discreet, and comfortable managing changing priorities. · Valid driver's license, comfort driving in New York City, and a valid passport, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice. A personal vehicle is not required. · Able to perform the essential physical responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, navigating airports and public transportation, and carrying production equipment. · Comfortable using a secure personal laptop for occasional administrative work and legally authorized to work in the United States. · Comfortable using common workplace technology, including email, calendars, shared documents, messaging platforms, and task-management systems.
