Age of Patients Served • All Age Groups HIPAA Roles-Based Access to Patient Information • Clinical – Access to patient information that is not restricted (an example of restricted information is ARU) – Level 3 Education/Experience: Minimum requirements: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing., • At least one year experience in an acute or ambulatory based care setting., • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: • Supervisory or management experience, • National Certification, • Clinical Ladder Nurse Level III License/Certification: • Current NY State RN license., • Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days employment. The Physician Practice Lead RN provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within the UHS physician practices. This role serves as a vital link between frontline staff and operational leadership, assisting in the promotion of excellence in clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
