Job DescriptionIndustrial Maintenance Technician – $30–$33/hr Niagara Falls, NY 12‑Hour Shifts, either Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday. Openings on days and nights. Job Description We’re hiring an industrial maintenance technician to support electrical systems, production equipment, and facility utilities in a high‑volume distribution environment. You’ll work with 480V systems, motor controls, drives, PLC troubleshooting, and hands‑on electrical/mechanical repairs. This role offers strong pay, full benefits, and long‑term stability. Responsibilities • Maintain & troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, transformers, panels, • Diagnose motor controls, AC/DC motors, and drive systems, • Perform electrical + mechanical repairs on plating and production equipment, • Troubleshoot PLCs (I/O & logic level – no programming), • Complete PMs & calibrations, • Support facility utilities & production operations, • Follow ISO, safety, and documentation requirementsRequired Experience, • Experience with 480V systems and industrial power distribution, • Strong mechanical + electrical troubleshooting abilities, • Expertise with motor controls, drives, AC/DC motors, • PLC troubleshooting experience, • Industrial maintenance environment experience, • Ability to interpret electrical drawings & schematics, • Willingness to work any shiftPerks, • Stability: Work with one of the Forbes Top World Employers for the past 3+ years., • Upward career progression: 50% of candidates receive a promotion within the first year., • Training opportunities: Receive formal training on high-speed automation and robotic equipment.
