Position Summary: As a Mobile Fleet Technician, you will serve as the primary maintenance resource for our East Brunswick location, handling routine service, diagnostics, and minor repairs on tractors and trailers. You’ll be trusted with a company-provided service truck and tooling, and expected to work independently while communicating regularly with Regional Maintenance Manager or Shop Fleet Supervisor. This opportunity is for a technician who can work autonomy, takes initiative, and is dedicated to equipment reliability and safety. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance at the satellite terminal—playing a hands-on role in reducing downtime, extending equipment life, and supporting seamless logistics operations. Job Description Job Summary The Senior DevOps Engineer at Delta Dental of New Jersey & Connecticut plays a central role in evolving how we build, integrate, and operate applications. Working across cloud, DevOps, and integration platforms, this engineer writes code, builds automation, and supports production systems in a HIPAA-regulated environment, while contributing to DDNJ's modernization efforts, including the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tooling. Job Description DEPARTMENT: Tool Room REPORTS TO: Molding Department POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Tool Room Technician produces effective mold and die repairs through the following: fitting components into molds; finishing new products, components, or inserts; assembling pieces when complete; as well as documenting mold repair procedures in IQMS. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the Tool Room Supervisor in the process of setup, testing, procedures, training, and updating of IQMS relative to tooling and operations., • Perform accurate, safe and correct setups prior to commencement of operation., • At point of startup, assure no flash, water leaks and other potential issues. Address any known previous problems or issues. Properly test for water leaks and test electrical for any issues., • Comply with the established standardization of mold setup and teardown procedures. Apply learned best practices., • Select, align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments accessories and materials on machines, • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls as required., • Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specs., • Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly., • Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly., • Perform work within the Tooling Preventive Maintenance program including but not limited to in-mold closings, hoses and water fittings. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Set up and operate automatic encapsulation machines, including the Index K120 or similar equipment, • Perform product changeovers and install the correct machine parts and tooling for each capsule size, • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble encapsulation machine parts according to approved SOPs, • Adjust machine settings and monitor capsule weight, fill consistency, closing, locking, and overall capsule quality, • Identify basic machine issues, clear minor jams safely, and notify the Manufacturing Lead, Supervisor, or Maintenance when additional support is required, • Handle encapsulation tooling and machine parts carefully to prevent damage, loss, or product contamination, • Move pallets, drums, materials, and equipment using approved material-handling equipment such as a pallet jack, • Work safely in a dusty manufacturing environment while wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), • Verify the correct blend, capsule size and origin are utilized, • Feed material into hopper at the start up and throughout the duration of the run, • Submit samples to QC for approval, • Maintain weight control, closing station, empty capsule magazine and capsule polisher during operation, • Any deviation of weight, improper sealing or other job function is to be reported immediately to the manufacturing lead or supervisor, • Responsible for in process logs and machine down time, • Must remain at machine at all times during machine operation, • Responsible for routine machine maintenance and cleaning by following SOP instructions, • Responsible for in process sampling requirements, • Ensure all drums are properly labeled, • Ensure work area is clean and maintained in a c GMP environment, • Ensure equipment usage and room logs are properly maintained, • Other duties as assigned REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Critical Operating Relationships: · Reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
