Job DescriptionWe are seeking adjunct faculty to teach Media Communication courses. Example of Duties: • Teach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi, • Meet all scheduled class sessions, • Maintain and report accurate student grade and attendance records using approved procedures and systems, • Participate in assessment activities in support of the PCCC institutional effectiveness program, • Utilize the appropriate technology, including the College's student learning platform, to fulfill teaching duties, • Master's degree in Communications or Media related degree required, • College Teaching experience in media and video production, • Teaching experience in beginning level history of media courses encompassing TV, Radio, Film, book, and newspaper publishing, digital media Compensation: The pay for this position is $962 per credit taught.
