if a client did not attend assist with rescheduling & addressing any barriers, • Utilize motivational interviewing if a client does not want to participate or be linked to treatment; attempt to understand your client’s perspective or misconceptions, remove any barriers, and attempt to re-engage, • Provide therapeutic groups (music, art, general support groups, etc.); facilitate group work to address family issues, enhance life skills, etc., • Participate in meetings with case management & housing staff to discuss planning efforts & progress, • Assist clients with completing applications for supportive housing and accompany residents to supportive housing interviews when necessary, • Upon linkage to permanent housing, complete and discuss exit summary with the client, and provide them with referrals and supportive services identified in new community, • Utilize fact sheets, desk guides, and other material resources in delivering mental health services, • Complete all documentation in a timely manner;
