Job Description Physician Practice Enhancement in conjunction with Partnership Health is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician for a temporary outpatient assignment lasting approximately three weeks starting March 30 to April 17th 2-3 days per week - 10 hr schedule. (This position may lead to full time if interested) Our office is open only to the employees of the Brick School system. We see patients from 2 years and above. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services in a dynamic clinical setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience with electronic health records, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Prior experience in outpatient environments, hospital medicine, or urgent care settings is highly valued. The role involves managing a diverse patient population, performing physical examinations, and coordinating care plans to promote overall health and wellness. Our office offers onsite Family Medicine, X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and Physical therapy This temporary outpatient role provides an opportunity for physicians to apply their expertise in a supportive setting while contributing meaningfully to patient health outcomes. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a passion for comprehensive primary care delivery. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough medical assessments and physical examinations of patients across all age groups - 2 years and above, • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical findings, • Document patient encounters accurately using our EHR system., • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illnesses, and minor injuries, • Immunizations, preventive screenings, and health counseling tailored to patient needs, • Perform procedures such as suturing, basic wound care, and other outpatient interventions, • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information, • Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives as needed, • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with active medical license in the state of New Jersey., • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Med/Peds., • 2 years of experience
