We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in a role that combines administrative oversight with clinical leadership. This position involves managing the delivery of services across multiple programs serving community institutions and client populations. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on program demands. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to staff members., • Organize and review all treatment documentation related to children’s care and services., • Build supportive therapeutic connections with children, foster families, and biological parents., • Evaluate and coordinate both routine and emergency mental health interventions., • Make day-to-day clinical decisions regarding treatment plans for children and their families throughout their participation in the program., • Determine appropriate placements and facilitate transitions back into the community., • Conduct or arrange urgent assessments for clients experiencing crises., • Offer after-hours crisis support as part of an on-call rotation., • Oversee program operations and staff performance., • Track, analyze, and report on program outcomes, quality, and compliance., • Prepare necessary reports for internal use and external funding agencies., • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling is mandatory., • Current licensure in Michigan as LMSW, LLP, or LPC is required., • Minimum of three years' experience in mental health services focused on children and adolescents, including at least one year in a supervisory role., • Strong clinical expertise, including comprehensive knowledge of the DSM, assessment/intervention skills for complex family and community dynamics, crisis management, and cultural sensitivity. Job Description Summary: The Emergency Department RN provides high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care to patients with urgent, emergent, and life-threatening conditions. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the ED RN performs comprehensive assessments, delivers critical interventions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients of all ages. Location: Hospital Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED) Schedule: Evening shift Key Responsibilities: * Perform rapid assessments and triage patients based on acuity and presenting symptoms. * Initiate and manage emergency interventions including IV access, medication administration, wound care, cardiac monitoring, and resuscitation efforts. * Assist with and/or perform procedures such as EKGs, splinting, catheterizations, and more. * Collaborate with physicians, providers, and care teams to implement timely care plans. * Monitor patient conditions, recognize deterioration, and respond to changes promptly. * Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). * Provide emotional support and education to patients and families in high-stress situations. * Participate in trauma care, code responses, and disaster preparedness efforts. * Adhere to infection control, safety, and emergency protocols at all times. * Support patient flow and throughput by coordinating with other departments for admission, discharge, or transfer. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. * A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience; case management or care coordination experience preferred. * BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC/ENPC preferred. * Previous experience in emergency nursing or critical care strongly preferred. * Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills under pressure. * Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. * Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation tools. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis management skills.
