Job Description Available shifts: 8:30 a.m to 12:30pm 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm Assisting lead caregiver with the daily care and supervision of children, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and supporting their learning and development. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities, managing basic needs, and communicating with parents. Key Responsibilities: • Supervision and Safety: Monitor children's safety and well-being during all activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and nap times., • Basic Needs: Assist with feeding, diapering, dressing, and personal hygiene., • Activity Support: Help plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs., • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe daycare environment., • Communication: Interact with parents, guardians, and other staff to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns., • Observation and Reporting: Observe children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns or progress to lead caregivers or parents. REQUIRED: Unpaid hour long working interview with the children before position is offered.
