You'll play a vital role in keeping our dining room running smoothly and making sure every guest has a great experience. This job involves working directly with customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, and handling all dishwashing duties. What You'll Do: * Help Our Guests: * Greet guests with a friendly smile. * Clear and reset tables quickly so new customers can be seated. * Refill water glasses and help servers deliver drinks when needed. * Answer guest questions and handle their requests politely. * Keep the Restaurant Clean: * Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping. * Ensure the front of the restaurant and entrance are always tidy and welcoming. * Keep our restrooms spotless and fully stocked throughout your shift. * Handle Dishwashing and Kitchen Support: * Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils using our commercial dishwasher. * Organize and store clean dishware correctly. * Keep your dishwashing area clean and orderly. * Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and prep tasks as requested. * General Duties: * Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager to help the business run smoothly. * What We're Looking For: * Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. * Someone who can handle a busy environment and multitask effectively. * A great team player with strong communication skills. * A positive attitude and a focus on providing excellent service. * The physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items. * Schedule: * You must be available on weekends, mornings, and holidays. * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; must be able to stoop, bend, lift and carry heavy plates and/or bags and boxes. * Must be at least 21 years of age.
