Job Description Essential Job Functions Creates designs using industry standards, client guidelines, manufacturer specifications, and Squan standards. Uses value-based engineering approach to make design/routing/environment decisions to create an efficient, quality, constructable design. Creates design prints and construction prints/drawings always taking into account customer standards and requirements, and SQUAN processes. Creates splicing documentation that is accurate. Posts as-built plant records based on construction daily reports and/or redline drawings. Works closely with internal Project Managers, peer designers or drafters, design lead, and design manager to ensure quality and timely delivery. Drives profitability by creating constructable, quality designs that meet customer requirements, approval and SQUAN standards. Stays current with scope changes and understands the scope applicable to the work being performed. Communicates with permit coordinators/design leads and keeps project tracker(s) current up to the hour. Adheres to the timelines for design, drafting, drawing/print creation, quality control, and all other tasks. Collaborates with permit coordinator, design lead and design manager to overcome obstacles that prevent timely delivery of a quality product. Focuses on high level customer interaction to both internal and external customers. Validation of daily work received from the field to guarantee accuracy of both in-house and subcontractor deliverables where applicable. Attends meetings with design lead, design manager, or project manager as needed. May be required to draw various polygons in GIS tools as required by the project scope. Submits timesheets daily with the appropriate time coded to the project, aspect, and task. Performs other duties as assigned by Design Lead or Design Manager Skills and Abilities Ability to follow a process and interpret as-builts/redlines, internal QA redlines, standards, guidelines, and requirements effectively. Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail. Employs a sense of urgency and has the ability to prioritize effectively. Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and track project development. Strong work ethic and leads by example and does what it takes to get the job done. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and with various other software programs. Ability to always communicate professionally, with clarity, at the frequencies required by management and customers. Takes feedback well and has the ability to take said feedback and make sufficient adjustments. Work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements Must be 18 or older. Must be proficient in ArcGIS and AutoCAD with 5 years minimum experience. Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner. Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check. Preferred Requirements Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Vetro, IQGeo and other system experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related degree Two years of experience in telecommunication, OSP, or with a public or private utility.

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for an end client requirement. Our client is looking for someone with SQL database knowledge, CRM experience (preferably with Blackbaud), and familiarity with Microsoft analytical tools like SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. Essential Functions: • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the CRM system, • Assist in the development of a Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System, • Understand business strategy, and provide recommendations for data and data quality management, • Take ownership of assigned items to drive resolution, • Communicate impacts of data and data quality efforts to project deliverables and CRM system functionality to the CRM System Manager, • Work with CRM business owners to ensure data policies are established and followed, • Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly data integrity checks, • Identify areas of concern and work with departments to resolve or mitigate data and data quality issues, • Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements and make recommendations related to data management and data quality, • Assist in project validation and testing, • Up to 10% travel required Essential Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience, • Experienced (3+ years) business analysis, software development, business intelligence or database management with a focus on data management and data quality., • Experience with CRM data quality preferred. Blackbaud CRM is current platform, • SQL database concepts, • Experience with database analysis tools (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI), • Experience addressing data cleansing & correction, • ETL Development skills are nice to have, • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work through complex technical situations with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, • Action oriented individual who has strong decision making skills, self-motivated owner of multiple tasks and accountable to deliverables, • Must be able to achieve goals with minimal supervision or direction, • A thorough understanding of the Internet, Web Navigation, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other applications as required, • Solve problems quickly and effectively while performing root cause analysis causing data issues Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
