Job Description Regional DirectorFull Time/ExemptLocation: Atlantic City and surrounding locations (Atlantic and Ocean Counties)Compensation Range: $95,000-$105,000 **Plus Performance BonusesWork Setting: Employees may be assigned to work in a variety of settings based on organizational needs. These settings can include, but are not limited to, schools, preschools, clinics, homes, and community-based environments. Employees are expected to perform their duties in any assigned location as required.Reports to: NJ State DirectorPosition Summary: The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing staff and clinical service provision in their assigned region. This includes oversight of documentation, client progress, utilization, and communication with stake holders.Job Responsibilities: BCBA Case Management Responsibilities & Clinical Programming • Ensures all clients receive quality clinical programming within assigned region, • Ensures all staff remain fully engaged and interactive with their clients and students; assists Clinical Leadership in holding staff accountable to clinical expectations and responsibilities, • Ensures BCBAs demonstrate clinical quality and excellence from case conceptualization to discharge (including conducting assessments, treatment planning, training staff on treatment protocols, treatment implementation, data analysis, program modification based on data, etc.), • Participates in clinical case reviews as needed, • Completes 20 billable BCBA hours weekly, decreasing with supervisor approval as region growsSupervisor Responsibilities:, • Provides clinical supervision, training, coaching, feedback and evaluation to all employees within assigned region, • Provides a minimum of 3 hours of monthly supervision to each assigned BCBA for up to 12 FTE BCBAs, • Travels to all site locations within assigned region to conduct at least 50% of monthly BCBA supervision on-site during client sessions, • Conducts individual and group supervision meetings monthly with assigned BCBAs, • Collaborates with the Training Department to ensure employees within assigned region receive initial and ongoing training, • Collaborates with the Compliance Department to ensure employees within assigned region comply with regulatory guidelines, • Completes performance evaluations for all employees within assigned region, • Ensures employee compliance with company policies and procedures and oversees corrective action procedures for all employees within assigned region, • Meets with direct reports on a regular, pre-determined schedule, • Ensures assigned BCBAs conduct assessments and baseline data, develop individualized and evidence-based behavior plans, create behavior datasheets, write insurance treatment plans and progress reports, analyze and graph data, conduct feedback tools on RBTs, and provide training to team members and parents, • Reviews, edits, and ensures accurate and timely submission of all required documents for BCBAs within assigned region, including assessment summaries, behavior plans, progress reports, and insurance treatment plans, • May include assistance with neighboring regions, • Provides BCBA supervision to eligible employees within the company, per BACB guidelines (including assisting with monthly observations, individual meetings, and group supervision), • Provides clinical supervision to RBTs within the company, per BACB guidelines, • Ensures all monthly supervision requirements are completed, documented, and shared/uploaded to their designated locations, • Ensures all full-time staff meet their billable caseload requirementsClinical Operation Responsibilities:, • Partners with other Regional Directors to support growth across assigned region including support with synchronous, on-site training initiatives, compliance, census, supervisory oversight, and evidence-based best practice in the field, • Assists with obtaining new client referrals and building clinic census by conducting Family Handbook reviews and clinic tours for your region (if applicable), • Assists with business development/growth initiatives within assigned region, including obtaining new client referrals, conducting clinical interviews, implementing staff incentive programs, and participating in community engagement and marketing initiatives, • Addresses parent, staff, and other concerns within assigned region in collaboration with Clinical Leadership, • Collaborates with Operations to ensure a pipeline of referrals/new clients is established and maintained to build and maintain BCBA caseloads Supporting Responsibilities, • Assists Operations with Central Reach maintenance as needed, • Meets with supervisor on a regular, pre-determined schedule, • Participates in various meetings throughout the company to provide insight and expertise, • Completes 16 hours of training annually, • Ensures appropriate documentation is submitted for any approved, external trainings that he/she completes, • Maintains BCBA certification and state license, if applicable, • Maintains CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certifications, • Follows policies, procedures, and standards of professionalism as outlined in company handbook, • Completes all other duties as assigned by supervisorsTeam: This role will be part of the clinical team, reporting to the NJ State Director.Basic Qualifications:, • Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Mental Health Counseling, or related field, • A minimum of two years’ experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various individuals with IDD or mental health diagnosis., • A minimum of two years in a supervisory role or four years post certification experience, • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing, • Appropriately licensed in the state of practice, • Clearances (current within 90 days) o PA or NJ Child Abuse Clearance o PA or NJ Criminal Clearance o PA or NJ Federal Criminal History Record o PA or NJ Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release– to be completed for each employer where the candidate worked with children, • Completed Mandated Reporter Training, • Completed Arrest and Conviction Report, • Completed Tuberculosis (TB) screening, • Possession of a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation, • Must be at least 21 years old Knowledge of:, • Current and best practice intervention strategies, • Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable interventions, • Developmental processes of children, adolescents, and adults, • Intellectual, behavioral disabilities, and
