We are seeking a Global Regulatory Counsel to help guide Spring Health through complex and evolving regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions. This role is for someone who enjoys building clarity where the law is fragmented, translating regulation into practical guardrails, and partnering closely with product, clinical, and operational teams. The Reverse Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all return-related operations, including customer returns, vendor returns, repairs, RTVs (return-to-vendor), and inventory reintegration. This role partners closely with the Fulfillment, Quality Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Care teams to ensure returned merchandise is processed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.
