Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Exclusive Collective is seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented, and forward‑thinking Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape the digital presence of world‑class luxury travel brands including Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay by developing compelling content, driving community engagement, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across social and influencer channels. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media • Develop content with fresh themes and ideas each month for brands within The Exclusive Collective, supporting both organic social media channels and our paid media agency., • Create content (image, video creation or selection, and copywriting) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and TikTok, as well as any new channels., • Work with The Exclusive Collective’s Brand Manager to hone the voice and grow Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay’s social presence across platforms., • Stay up to date on current travel trends on social media. Activate against culturally relevant and timely content by identifying opportunities to be a part of a relevant conversation around cultural and industry moments to keep the brand dynamic, top of mind, and relevant., • Stay on top of annual holidays and events in our destinations and create content around them., • Bring forward creative ways to drive qualified web traffic from social channels and help facilitate those opportunities., • Execute social media reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly, • Spearhead UGC and EGC (Employee Generated Content) initiatives., • Deepen community engagement and partner interactions: engage with our hotel partners, Member benefits, destinations, influencers, Member community, and friends of the brand. Influencer Marketing • Review availability for potential influencer partnerships, ensuring requested dates fall within Asset Utilization’s guidelines., • Ensure the onsite teams have all pertinent information, such as swag, shipment tracking information, influencer dietary restrictions/preferences, etc., • Liaise with the legal team on contracts., • Ensure OneDrive and Cloudinary are updated for all social media and paid media materials for the appropriate stakeholders to access., • Work with the concierge team on personalized experiences and amenities., • Manage post-trip expense management, invoicing, and reporting. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: • You have 2+ years of social media experience., • You’re motivated by a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing social environment., • You’re able to work swiftly under deadlines., • You’re a passionate storyteller with strong writing skills., • You’re a confident, data-driven decision-maker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding and proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest, with an interest in emerging platforms., • You have experience with social publishing and listening tools like Sprout Social., • You have a great eye. You’re a skilled photographer/videographer/content creator familiar with using photo editing/design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop), Figma, Canva, • You have experience using Asana (or a similar tool) to manage content calendars, track project timelines, and coordinate tasks across teams. Job Description At Shinesty, our mission is to force the world to take itself less seriously. We make people laugh first and sell second. Our mothers don’t always approve of what we do, but the millions of people we’ve entertained over the years do. We’re looking for a Photographer / Videographer who is just as much a content creator as they are a shooter. This is not a “stand behind the camera and wait for direction” role. We want someone who contributes creatively, someone who can pitch ideas, build shot lists, create mood boards, and help bring weird, funny, bold concepts to life. You’ll be part of the creative team, not just supporting it. This role is roughly 60% video and 40% photography, and both are critical to the brand. One day you might be shooting paid social ads. The next you might be shooting on an iphone in the condom aisle at Target with our social media guy. Or you might be helping execute a bizarre campaign idea involving inflatable hot tubs, ranch animals, and definitely people in their underwear. We create a lot of content, and we move fast. The right person for this role is someone who loves being behind the camera, thinks creatively, and isn’t afraid to figure things out as they go. Video Production (≈50%) Concept and shoot video content for paid social ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and occasionally TV. Work alongside creative strategists, production coordinators, creative directors, and designers to bring ideas to life. Capture short-form video designed to stop thumbs, make people laugh, and leave a memorable impression of the Shinesty brand. Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production gear to execute shoots efficiently. Run smaller shoots independently when needed. Hand off raw footage to our in-house video editing team. Photography (≈30%) Concept and shoot Ecomm & lifestyle imagery for marketing campaigns, ads, social media and web. Work in both studio and on-location environments to produce strong visual assets. Help maintain a consistent visual identity across product and campaign photography. Photo Editing (≈10%) Own your still images from capture to final delivery. You should be able to edit, color correct, and finish photography to a polished final state before handing off assets and uploading them to servers and websites. AI Asset Creation (≈10%) Sometimes the idea is too weird or too expensive to shoot. When that happens, we use AI tools to help bring concepts to life. Experience with AI image generation or an interest in learning is a big plus. Creative Concepting & Production This role is not just about executing ideas, it's about helping create them. You should be comfortable: • Pitching content ideas, • Creating shot lists and mood boards, • Translating creative concepts into visual executions, • Thinking about how content will perform on social platforms We want someone who helps shape the content, not just capture it. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments, is client-facing, and understands how to capture content that fuels modern marketing and advertising campaigns. Location Windsor, Colorado Must be local and available for on-site work, studio shoots, and client visits. Key Responsibilities • Capture high-quality photos and videos for client campaigns, brand assets, social media, websites, and paid advertising., • Plan, shoot, and edit a wide range of content including:, • Brand photography, • Corporate headshots, • Various footage, • Event coverage, • Short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, etc.), • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing strategists, and account managers to execute visual content aligned with brand goals., • Maintain an organized digital asset library with clear labeling, versioning, and storage practices., • Stay up to date on creative trends in digital storytelling and video/photo marketing., • Travel locally for shoots as needed across various industries and clients. Required Qualifications • 23+ years of experience in photography, videography, and editing (preferred)., • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects a plus)., • Demonstrated experience with both studio and natural lighting setups., • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography and video styles., • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs., • Strong communication skills and professional presence when interacting with clients.
