WHAT YOU WILL DO • Read and accurately identify the customer’s needs per the Work Instruction Document, • Take necessary measurements and mark garments for alterations, with the ability to problem-solve individual sizing issues., • Perform uniform sewing, alterations, and embellishments with accuracy and efficiency, including taking up the stride, lengthening/shortening tails on shirts, tapering shirts, adjusting waists, hemming trousers, mending tears, replacing zippers, applying patches, applying name strips, applying striping, and applying patches., • Operate industrial sewing machinery and meet production deadlines, • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs WHAT YOU WILL BRING • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, • Previous experience in Alterations preferred.
