Maintain stockroom organization, ensuring all merchandise is stored safely and logically. Replenish sales floor stock as needed to maintain visual merchandising standards. Assist sales associates in locating and retrieving requested merchandise. Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits. Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of both the stockroom and sales floor. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. Provide occasional support on the sales floor as required. Requirements: previous stock, backroom, or inventory experience preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
