This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a high-volume, guest-driven experiential concept. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team engagement in a fast-paced, sensory-forward environment that blends hospitality and entertainment. • Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000, • Performance-based bonus eligibility, • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision), • Paid time off and holidays, • Current single-unit General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurants or experience based concepts, • Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, guest-facing environments, • Strong operational acumen across labor management, scheduling, and floor execution, • Actively employed and currently leading a location, • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to roll up sleeves during peak volume, • Deep hospitality mindset with strong guest-recovery instincts, • Comfort managing high guest counts, wait times, and experiential flow, • Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable in real time, • Exposure to entertainment, attractions, or experiential hospitality concepts, • Experience managing non-traditional service environments (ticketed entry, timed experiences, crowd flow), • Strong communication skills with both frontline teams and senior leadership, • Passion for guest experience, team culture, and operational consistency
