Key Responsibilities • Open and grow new retail accounts within an assigned territory, • Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers, • Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising and restocking, • Manage inventory, reorders, and support ongoing sales growth, • Execute promotions, sampling events, and local activations, • Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools, • Independently manage schedule and territory Qualifications • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Comfortable with local travel and a physically active role (lifting up to 40 lbs), • Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset, • Competitive, organized, and results-driven, • Interest in sales, business, or consumer products No prior sales experience required—paid training provided.
