Job DescriptionJob purpose A housekeeper is a highly physical role. The purpose of the position is to clean the office. In addition, a commercial cleaner may perform other tasks related to maintaining clean and safe work areas. Duties and responsibilities • Clean the office and Warehoiuuse space following daily, weekly and monthly schedule of tasks., • Clean Bathrooms daily following sanitation log, 7 total bathrooms, • Remove all garbage from the office, bathroom and kitchens., • Sanitize doors, handles, and computers, desks and phones., • Remove scuff marks on walls., • Move chairs and furniture to clean around the area., • Dust the eyewash stations and the hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the warehouse, • Pick up all broken pallets and wood and properly dispose of them, • When working in an aisle, dust the aisle as well as cases, • Run the floor scrubber 5 days a week, turn the building over every two weeks, • Pick up and empty the garbage receptacles outside of the building, • Clean the warehouse break room, • Work with Manny to cleans up the re-coup area when needed, • Take initiative to accomplish open tasks; be proactive and seek additional work when available, • Safety: Complete safety training session and pass safety training test at time of hire and on an annual basis., • Safety: Act in compliance with safety practices and procedures throughout the warehouse. We’re seeking a Customer Care Manager who will not only oversee day-to-day service activities, but also lead with vision, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. This leader will play a critical role in shaping our service culture, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across the Northeast region. Essential Functions: • Identify and rectify problems, bringing them to the attention of management when necessary., • Maintain full staffing levels, keep staff hours within target range, train and motivate staff, and perform reviews., • Handle and resolve all customer problems., • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email., • Handle/coordinates special customer requests., • Follow up with customers and vendors as needed., • Take phone orders and process uploads., • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Customer Care Representatives to deliver exceptional service., • Ensure all customer requests—orders, comments, or complaints—are handled promptly and accurately., • Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Drivers, and Billing teams to resolve issues and improve cross-functional communication., • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and performance reviews to keep the team productive and engaged., • Maintain service quality by monitoring key metrics: response time, error-free order processing, and customer satisfaction., • Oversee escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues., • Detail oriented and organizational skills to meet deadlines., • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, • Possesses problem-solving skills., • Can work both in a group setting and individually., • Ability to write well. Position Summary: As a Field Trainer, Support Specialist you will be required to travel throughout our Fleet Maintenance Facilities, located in the Northeast, and perform hands on, remote and guided diagnostic training to help support our shops excel. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing training on all facets of equipment, administration duties, new hires employee training and supporting the technician team with complex diagnostic repairs. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: • Travelling to outlying Fleet Maintenance Facilities providing maintenance support and required training, • Conducting and surveying training sessions to ensure material retention needs are met, • Creating metrics to measure how the training is retained, utilized and the impact of it, • Providing New Hire training on policies, procedures and fleet maintenance software, • Reviewing daily OOS for complex issues and provides technical assistance, • Reviewing monthly progress on all apprentices and performs final skills test prior to graduation, • Strong knowledge of class 8 tractor and trailer maintenance and DOT/OSHA guidelines, • Must have 5 plus years of maintenance experience in a fleet maintenance environment, • Must have a compliment of tools required to perform most Class 8 repairs, • Strong computer skills and proficient in: heavy-duty diagnostic software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, • 70% travel time on the road visiting various shops, • Strong written and oral communication skills
