Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support production, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: • Works under close direction of Warehouse Supervisor, • Utilize forklift, hoists or other handling equipment to move stone slabs & crates, • Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as: pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish material., • Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims., • Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc., • Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management., • Offload and reload the photo station with materials, • This position will be included in the photo station rotation, • Perform other related duties as required Required Skills/Abilities: • Knowledge of commonly used practices & procedures within the stone industry, • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job., • Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job, • 0-1 years general work experience, • Ability to work as a team with co-workers, • Forklift experience with certificate (preferred), • Basic math skills, • Attention to detail, • Customer Service skills Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent., • 0-1 year general work experience. Job DescriptionWe are looking for 1 candidate for the 3rd shift: Third 2230 – 0715 Line Service-Assistant - Important that they are able to work on the 1st shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for 4 weeks to train. THIS WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE BACKGROUND CHECKS COMPLETE. Then they will be assigned to the 2nd shift (3 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m.- 7:15 p.m.) depending on their availability. There is a 45-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Then they will be assigned to the 2nd shift (3 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m.- 7:15 p.m.) depending on their availability.
