Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and machinery within our manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all equipment is operational and safe, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our production processes. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery., • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in equipment., • Repair or replace defective parts and components to ensure optimal equipment function., • Assist with the setup and calibration of new equipment and machinery as needed., • Document maintenance procedures and repairs performed on equipment., • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues., • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment., • Familiarity with foundry equipment including wax presses, pouring pots, and autoclaves., • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills., • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics., • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Health/Dental/Vision, • 3% pension match, • 25% 401k matching, • Profit sharing bonus, • 11 paid holidays, • 15 days PTO -- increases year over year - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
