Your expertise in social media marketing, content creation, SEO, influencer partnerships, business development, and advertising sales will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to reach our target audience - Leverage your existing relationships with editors of magazines, newspapers, prominent websites, producers of news, TV shows, podcasts, and other media outlets to secure coverage and promote Admyrer - Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, videos, etc.) that showcases Admyrer's unique features and benefits - Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms - Collaborate with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on our website and landing pages - Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Identify and partner with influencers, content creators, and other relevant parties to expand Admyrer's reach - Develop new partnerships and co-promotions with companies in relevant industries, such as: - Food delivery services - Flower delivery services - Edible arrangements - Jewelry retailers - Other complementary businesses - Develop relationships with companies to create advertising opportunities on Admyrer, including: - Selling ad space on our platform - Creating sponsored content and product placements - Developing custom advertising solutions for key partners - Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and offers that drive user growth,engagement,retention and revenue growth - Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in marketing nationally and internationally, preferably in the dating or tech industry - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies - Existing relationships with media outlets, influencers, content creators, and potential advertisers - Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and SEO - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Experience in business development, partnership-building, and advertising sales a plus - Connections with investors a major plus. - What We Offer: - Competitive salary: $78,000 - $104,000 per year - Modest advertising budget which will grow as our revenue grows to support marketing initiatives - Full-time remote position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
