CPIs mission is to provide evidenced-based, person centered care in order to improve the quality of life for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. HOURS: Full-time Requirements: • LCADC, LPC, LSW, LCSW or equivalent license required. LCADC Required. Dual License Preferred, • Minimum 5 years progressive clinical experience with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring populations., • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.Preferred - in addition to above (one of the following):, • CCS, • Clinical Supervision Certificate, • SIFIJob Responsibilities: Provide clinical program coordination and development including: • Ensure regulatory compliance with established program standards including state and federal mandates., • Responsible for oversight and management of clinical team including compliance with required documentation standards, staff productivity and program accountability for clinical services., • Provide ongoing support to clinical staff to ensure excellence in delivery of services and completion of all job responsibilities., • Assist with continued development & oversight of Partial Care, IOP & Outpatient clinical programs day to day operations ensuring the highest of standards., • Assist in program development & expansion through integration of evidence-based practices while addressing innovative trends in mental health care., • Ensure staff compliance with all organization policies and procedures., • Ensuring compliance of DAS initiatives including SAI and Drug Court., • Provide ongoing supervision and training of clinical staff and student interns., • Management of client services to ensure quality of care and optimal treatment outcomes., • Provide orientation, education and ongoing evaluation of clinical staff., • Maintain positive relationships with community partners, referral sources and other professionals., • Provide ongoing collaboration with various healthcare and legal systems., • Work closely with administrative and medical staff to ensure a successful and quality program., • Assistance with clinical caseloads as needed., • Oversee clinical services standards to ensure excellence and accuracy of treatment plans, progress notes and other required state mandated documentation by clinical staff.Skills Required:, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written., • Excellent leadership abilities., • Ability to work professionally with our multi-disciplinary team and foster a collaborative and supportive environment., • Ability to develop, foster and sustain relationships with outside agencies to enhance referral development., • Ability to learn and efficiently use electronic health record., • Excellent time management skills., • Ability to supervise clinical staff per State requirements., • Excellent strategic planning and program development skills., • Ability to facilitate both individual & group sessions as required., • Proficient at using technology in day-to-day operations., • Must be goal-driven, organized, and efficient in all aspects of work., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and effectively navigate crisis situations., • Health Insurance - Excellent coverage through BCBS of New Jersey - Omnia Platinum, • Dental Insurance - BCBS of NJ, • Employer Paid - Life Insurance, • AFLAC supplemental Insurance plans, • Retirement Plan - Generous Employer Funded contributions up to 6% on top of annual earnings, • 403(b) plan, • Employer Paid Vacation, • Employer Paid Sick Time, • Employer Paid Holidays, • Employer Paid Personal Time, • Professional Development Opportunities, • Employee Discounts - 22% Verizon Wireless discountJob Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year commensurate with education & experience Competitive salary and benefits package including: • 3 weeks paid Vacation, • 1 week paid Sick, • Personal time, • 7 Paid holidays, • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, • Life insurance, • Generous employer sponsored retirement plan, • Employee discounts CPI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
