Job Description We are looking for a motivated and coachable Medicare Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions. Some of the best candidates may come from industries like restaurants, hospitality, retail, automotive sales, tire sales, customer service, banking, or other people-focused roles. If you are good at building trust, staying calm in conversations, asking good questions, and helping people work through decisions, those skills can transfer very well into this position. That said, this is still a sales role. We are looking for someone with some drive, competitive spirit, and willingness to push themselves. The right person does not need to be loud, aggressive, or high-pressure, but they do need to be motivated, resilient, and willing to work toward goals. You should be comfortable being challenged, coached, measured, and held accountable for activity and results. In this role, you will help clients understand their Medicare, health insurance, ancillary, and life insurance options. You will work with prospective clients, existing clients, and qualified leads to explain available plans, identify client needs, complete enrollments, and provide a professional experience from start to finish. We provide training, support, leads, coaching, and a more stable work environment than many traditional sales or service jobs. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours, weekends off, and the opportunity to grow your income beyond what many service, retail, or hourly sales roles typically offer. This position offers a salary plus commission structure, giving the right candidate the chance to build strong income through consistent effort, production, and performance. Compensation This is a W2 position with a salary plus commission structure. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Paid Holidays Stable Hours Full-Time Work Free Licensing Responsibilities • Speak with prospective and existing clients by phone, video, or in person., • Educate clients on Medicare, health insurance, ancillary, and life insurance options., • Help clients compare coverage options and choose plans that fit their needs., • Complete applications, enrollments, and required documentation accurately., • Make outbound calls to assigned leads, prospects, and current clients., • Follow up with clients consistently through phone calls, emails, messages, and CRM tasks., • Maintain accurate client notes, statuses, and follow-up records in the CRM., • Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, call flows, and internal processes., • Manage daily workflow, including tasks, emails, messages, voicemails, and appointments., • Meet or exceed activity, production, talk time, and conversion goals., • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings., • Work with team leads, managers, and support staff when clients have questions or complex needs., • Represent the agency with professionalism, patience, and integrity in every client interaction., • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, follow-up, and professionalism. Requirements • Active health insurance license preferred, or willingness to become licensed. (must get licensed within 60 days), • Comfortable with outbound calling and in person and phone-based sales., • Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to build trust and navigate conversations professionally., • Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply., • Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process., • Organized and able to manage follow-up, tasks, CRM notes, and client records., • Goal-oriented and motivated by personal production., • Professional, respectful, and compliant in all client conversations., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment., • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM, dialing, quoting, and enrollment systems., • Strong attention to detail when completing applications and documentation., • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team., • Commitment to compliance, honesty, and doing what is in the clients best interest.
