Occasional paid travel outside the region, with same-day return trips as needed. Qualifications: Exceptional communication, typing, and interpersonal skills. Patience and understanding when working with customers from various backgrounds. Basic to intermediate IT knowledge, including IP addresses, routers, networking, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
