SUMMARY: The Operation Supervisor will oversee service quality standards to ensure total area-wide customer and client satisfaction. He/She will create a culture that promotes excellence through culture building, streamlined processes, continuous improvement processes, staff training, and mentorship. This role will measure, analyze, and improve the field activities and will help develop and deploy improvement plans to ensure the success of the team, implement best practices, and achieve business objectives in safety, quality, service delivery, and cost containment while meeting all service obligations. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge or abilities but to accurately reflect the principal job elements accurately). • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and assigning tasks to Field Service Teams (FST) including but not limited to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut., • Supervise and train the FST team, ensuring tasks are assigned, monitored, and completed promptly and efficiently., • Assist with scheduling FST and Vendors to ensure all stops are completed within time and quality guidelines., • Help manage move-in supplies levels, ensuring proper stock levels. Assist with ordering new products and preventing inventory loss (shrinkage). Not limited to iPhones, Hotspots, lockboxes, YTTV, etc, • Work closely with Management to identify areas for improvement, complete root cause analysis, and establish processes to enhance service delivery., • Support VIP arrivals with final inspections, • Conduct pre-move-out inspections, • Review and understand daily schedules and instructions, report any deficiencies, and communicate necessary updates to the Management team as needed., • Timely and accurately document all activities, transactions, and inspections on required paperwork., • Ensure adherence to the company’s safety program and regulatory requirements, leading by example to maintain a safe work environment., • Work closely with the Field Service and Housekeeping Teams to ensure efficient utilization of labor, • Prepare, assist, and conduct guest and VIP Tours in support of Sales Team., • Supervises a team of Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Housekeepers, • Provide training, direction, and oversight to the FSR and Housekeeping team, ensuring performance standards are met., • Assists with the basic supervisory responsibilities, including planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and helping to resolve problems., • Client interfacing – both internal and external, • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong organizational skills, • Demonstrated solid motivational and leadership skills, • Some evening and weekend work may be required., • Proficiency in Word and Excel
