What You Bring • Minimum 5 years of HVAC dispatching experience is required., • Thorough knowledge of New York City and Long Island geography., • Experience dispatching multiple technicians in a high-volume service environment., • Strong multitasking and organizational skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure., • Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (experience with Davisware Vision or ServiceTitan is a plus)., • Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
