As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating travel information into our systems. This includes, but is not limited to, entering customer information, booking reservations, and processing payments. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update travel information into our systems - Process customer payments and maintain payment records - Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient processing of information - Review and proofread data to ensure accuracy and completeness - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist with other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role - Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Passion for travel and knowledge of the travel industry is a plus. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from the comfort of your own home. However, you will be required to provide your own computer and internet connection. The schedule will be flexible, but some availability during core business hours may be necessary.
