Performance is measured by key KPIs such as second-class sign-ups, retail product sales, individual sales volume, average transaction value, customer conversion rates, and guest feedback through Google reviews.Operations & Compliance· Manage daily store operations while ensuring compliance with food safety standards, local health codes, and sanitation regulations.· Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimize shrink, and control supply and culinary expenses.· May handle liquor, wine, and beer in compliance with state and location alcohol regulations, company policies, including enforcing age restrictions.· Ensure store safety and cleanliness, addressing any maintenance needs promptly.· Maintains the accuracy and integrity of employee records, including but not limited to time and attendance data, food safety certifications, and personal information.· Adhere to applicable wage and hour laws. Leveraging deep expertise in their sector and industry, position recommend, advise, originate, and negotiate credit and financing solutions and structure for client needs. Provide strategic insights aligned with client needs and market trends., • Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership- Lead team interactions with key cross functional partners. Collaborate with appropriate business units to achieve success drivers and corporate goals. Mentor and guide team members to further develop their client relationship, business development and financial solutions skills. Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Commercial banking, Credit Underwriting or Analysis, or Relationship Management and/or industry-specific knowledge in technology sectors OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Commercial banking, Credit Underwriting or Analysis, or Relationship Management and/or industry-specific knowledge in technology sectors. Preferred Area of Study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree Preferred Area of Experience: Commercial Banking in Credit Solutions and/or Relationship Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Sales Originations License or Certification Preferred Qualifications: • 4 years of experience in Commercial banking, venture capital or Relationship Management and/or industry-specific knowledge in technology, • Strong credit acumen, Knowledge of products & services, and Venture-backed technology, • Highly effective person with people and relationships., • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills. Good closing skills. Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience., • Ability to build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral sources., • Knowledge of bank operations and products a plus., • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $142,125 - $189,500 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
