Job DescriptionSales Representative Uniondale, NY (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Model: Primarily onsite with one remote day per week (not Mondays) Compensation: $65,000 base salary plus 10% uncapped commission About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, relationship‑driven Sales Representative to join our private aviation team. In this role, you’ll support group charter clients across corporate, government, humanitarian, sports, and entertainment organizations. You’ll manage the full charter lifecycle from the first inquiry through wheels‑down, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Our clients count on us to handle every detail so they can focus on the experience. Success here comes from proactive outreach, strong client relationships, and a genuine commitment to delivering seamless, high‑touch service. What You’ll Be Doing • Owning group charter bookings from inquiry to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and top‑tier service, • Actively prospecting assigned accounts through outbound calls, emails, and meetings, • Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, operators, and internal teams, • Developing a strong understanding of aircraft options and the end‑to‑end charter process, • Traveling onboard charter flights when needed to support clients and operations, • Monitoring live flight activity, including occasional early, late, or off‑hour coverage, • Researching the market, managing costs, and structuring deals with profitability in mind, • Preparing and delivering polished, confident client presentations, • Creating thoughtful solutions to client needs and operational challenges, • Working closely with sales, HR, and accounting to ensure smooth execution, • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals What We’re Looking For • Sales experience or a strong desire to build a long‑term sales career, • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients, • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, • Strong phone presence and comfort in client‑facing conversations, • High attention to detail and solid organizational skills, • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn, • Creative, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving, • A strong client‑first mindset and appreciation for premium service, • Interest in aviation and charter sales, • Experience with cold calling, call centers, or Microsoft Office is a plus Training and Career Growth • Award‑winning training program with hands‑on, one‑to‑one mentorship, • Fully paid international training at our London headquarters, • Base salary paid throughout the training period, • Nine clearly defined career levels, from Trainee Broker to Director, • Long‑term career stability with leadership invested in your growth Compensation and Benefits • $65,000 base salary, • 10% uncapped commission on charter margins, • Company‑provided cell phone, • All business travel expenses covered, • Hybrid flexibility with one work‑from‑home day per week, • A supportive balance of independent ownership and team collaboration Work Environment • Private jet sales department based in Uniondale, • Cubicle‑style inside sales office, • Approximately 90 employees across Sales, HR, and Accounting, • Energetic, fast‑paced office culture, • Modern workspace with a well‑equipped break room and ping pong table Metric-based growth progression from Trainee Broker to Director Job stability and leadership support of development Affordable health, dental and vision insurance plans through Aetna 401K retirement savings plan with generous employer match!
