Job DescriptionBenefits: • Company parties, • Paid time off, • Intake of customer units that includes gathering proper documentation and photos of vehicle, • Frequent contact with Service department customers and Service Manager., • Primary contact with customers on the status of repair of their powersport, • Making and taking phone calls daily, • Answering emails pertaining to the service department, • Submitting warranty claims to the warranty coordinator, • Weekly walk arounds with the Service and Parts Manager to ensure proper scheduling, • Scheduling customers for appointments through the dealership DMS, • Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment, • Assist with answering questions that the service department customer may haveAlong with daily assigned tasks, the proper candidate must have reliable transportation and must be willing to work scheduled business hours at a high efficiency rate. Good computer skills and phone etiquette is a must.
