The Alpha House of Springfield is a non-for-profit organization providing residential reentry services for Federal Inmates. The Alpha House offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We are actively looking to hire 1 male PRN Security Officer and 2 female PRN Security Officers. This position requires flexible scheduling and is ideal for candidates seeking on call opportunities. The Alpha House of Springfield is a 24-hour, 7 day a week, residential facility that requires a male and female officer on duty at all times. Shifts are 12AM (midnight)- 8AM, 8AM-4PM, and 4PM to 12AM. The job is gender specified due to our urine analysis surveillance program and personal searches. Applicants must be willing to obtain a Class E Missouri Driver's License, complete CPR/First Aid/AED training, be able to lift at least 30 pounds and climb two flights of stairs.
