MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Experience: 3-5 years of residential security, military, or law enforcement experience., • Licensing: Must possess a BSIS guard card and a BSIS firearms permit (or be able to obtain one within 6 months)., • Medical: CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or obtained within a reasonable period)., • Physical: Must be able to pass a physical ability test and maintain physical fitness standards., • Background: Must pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and in-house training assessment.
