Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 06:30 PM Why Join Us: • Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more., • Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities., • Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future., • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate., • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed patrol protocols as required by the location., • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence., • Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior within the commercial real estate environment., • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures., • Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed to address incidents and/or emergency situations., • Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree., • Possess an armed guard card or license., • Be at least 21 years of age., • Provide a DD214 with honorable discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate., • Baton certification is preferred., • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles., • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws., • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law., • Participate in industry-specific security training programs., • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
