Job Description Security Patrol Officer Central Valley, CA | Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and certifications) About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Security Patrol Officers serving Central Valley site locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in law enforcement, emergency medical services, corrections, or the military. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available. Patrol experience is highly desirable; however, we are committed to training the right candidate. The company covers all costs associated with BSIS certification, including Guard Card, OC Spray, Baton, Taser, and Exposed Firearm permits. Essential Job Functions • Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned properties and locations, • Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security breaches, • Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in a timely manner, • Prepare detailed written reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities, • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, clients, and law enforcement, • Work assigned shifts, including graveyard, weekends, and holidays, • Drive a company or personal vehicle to and between assigned patrol locations Minimum Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age, • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, • Valid California Driver’s License (driving between patrol sites is an essential function of this role, and alternative transportation is not comparable due to the nature and timing of patrol duties), • Must be able to obtain a BSIS Guard Card and other relevant certifications (company covers all costs), • Open and flexible availability, including the ability to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays, • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under stress, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Sound judgment and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
