Job DescriptionStaff Accountant Location: Fort Lee, NJ Type: Permanent, Onsite Salary: $55,000–$60,000 We are looking for a dependable and adaptable Staff Accountant to join our clients finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in this opportunity please email me directly- Key Responsibilities * Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions * Prepare and manage billing and invoicing * Perform data entry and reporting using basic Excel functions * Handle general administrative tasks as needed * Provide departmental support during team absences Qualifications * Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism * Experience with invoice creation and billing cycle management * Flexible and willing to assist across all areas of accounting Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
