    Role Overview** The Technical Business Analyst will support the upgrade and enhancement of the Investor tools Perform platform within a Capital Markets environment. The role focuses on requirements definition, workflow analysis, data mapping, and coordination across technology and business teams to ensure successful migration, integration, and validation of Perform functionality. Perform Functional Knowledge Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with: • Fixed-income portfolio management workflows within Perform, • Trade lifecycle processing from order creation through confirmation using Perform OMS capabilities, • Execution workflows involving EMS integration, pricing visibility, and dealer/ATS connectivity, • Use of Perform analytics including duration, convexity, spread analysis, and yield calculations, • Portfolio attribution and risk analysis by sector, rating, or duration, • Scenario modeling and curve-shift simulations Trading / OMS Competency Experience with: • Portfolio allocation and optimization workflows, • Pre-trade compliance rule configuration, • Order aggregation and allocation across accounts, • Trade evaluation and cash management workflows, • Analytics-driven portfolio optimization Market Connectivity / Execution Exposure to: • RFQ and dealer connectivity workflows, • Market inventory utilization, • FIX-based integration and execution data handling, • Electronic trading environments (click-to-trade, bid-back, etc.) Fixed-Income Domain Knowledge Understanding of: • Bond cash-flow structures and call schedules, • Structured fixed-income instruments, • Amortization/accretion calculations, • Book value and realized/unrealized gain tracking, • Tax-aware accounting adjustments Key Responsibilities • Gather and document requirements related to Perform upgrade initiatives, • Translate business workflows into functional and technical specifications, • Support system upgrade planning, configuration validation, and migration activities, • Perform gap and impact analysis between current and target platform versions, • Conduct data mapping and workflow validation, • Coordinate UAT execution and defect resolution, • Collaborate with development, architecture, and vendor teams, • Provide analysis support for production issues post-upgrade Required Skills & Experience • Experience working on trading platform or OMS/EMS upgrades, • Understanding of fixed-income instruments and trading workflows, • Ability to produce requirements documentation and process flows, • SQL and data analysis capability for validation and reconciliation, • Familiarity with system integrations and market data flows, • Agile delivery experience
