Remote | SalemWise Solutions 20% commission. $15K-$100K deals. 30-60 day sales cycles. Do the math. While enterprise sales reps spend 9 months nursing one whale, you could close 6 deals and pocket $60K+. The Opportunity I'm the technical founder (ex-Meta, ex-Google). I build custom AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows that actually work, deployed in weeks, not quarters. What I don't have is time to hunt deals while building product. You hunt. You close. I build. I deliver. You get 20% of everything. The Math • 1 deal/month at $50K = $10K in your pocket, • 2 deals/month at $40K = $16K in your pocket, • 3 deals/month at $30K = $18K in your pocket What You're Selling Custom AI solutions for SMBs ($10M-$500M revenue): LLM chatbots that handle customer service and internal questions. Business automation that kills manual data entry and spreadsheet chaos. AI-driven workflows that replace $150K/year in repetitive labor. Done-for-you implementation, not strategy decks. Deal sizes: $15K-$100K. Sales cycles: 30-60 days. What I Handle Technical discovery calls where I close the technical sale. Demos ready to show. Full implementation in 2-4 weeks. Ongoing support. You own the relationship and the close. I own everything after the signature. What You Bring B2B sales experience closing $15K+ deals. Your own pipeline. Ability to explain AI value without technical depth. Comfort with 100% commission. No leads provided. No base salary. This filters out 90% of applicants. That's intentional. Not For You If You need a base salary. You wait for inbound. You've never closed a $20K+ deal. You need scripts and hand-holding. For You If You've got receipts. You see 20% of $50K and think "I can stack 3 of those monthly." You'd rather eat what you kill. How to Apply Email with: 1. Your resume, 2. Your last 3 B2B closes (company name, deal size, sales cycle length), 3. How you'd find your first 5 prospects
