Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to provide school-based music therapy services in daycare, elementary, middle school, and high school settings throughout Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey. This is a one-year contract position offering a consistent schedule, a set number of weekly sessions, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within school communities. Responsibilities • Plan and facilitate engaging, evidence-based music therapy sessions for neurodivergent learners and students receiving special education services., • Support student goals related to communication, social-emotional development, self-regulation, behavior, motor skills, and academic engagement., • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and support staff., • Maintain session notes, documentation, and data collection as required., • Utilize IEP goals and objectives to guide intervention planning and measure student progress.
