Job Description To be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of public areas, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained. To be responsible for reporting any maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross. To ensure that all public areas adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards. To be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the hotel including but not limited to guest entrances and loading bay areas. To oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis. To be responsible for the stocking of linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and to ensure that these storage areas are clean and well maintained. Busco dos chefs veganos para preparar tuppers veganos cada lunes en un proyecto MPV (Minimum Viable Product) que podría derivar en una startup. Horarios disponibles Chef de Mañana: Lunes de 9:30 a 13:30 (4 horas). Chef de Mediodía: Lunes de 12:30 a 16:30 (4 horas). Condiciones Retribución: 50 € por 4 horas (12,5 €/hora). Mensualmente son entre 200€ - 250€ (algunos meses tienen 5 lunes). Inicio Próximo lunes, 27 de enero (entrevistas durante esta semana). Ubicación: A 1 minuto de Plaza Catalunya. Descripción del servicio El servicio consiste en preparar 10 tuppers por receta, con un total de 5 recetas distintas cada semana (50 tuppers en total). Recetas Actualmente cuento con unas 30 recetas –pesadas al gramo– que han obtenido buen feedback por parte de clientes. Cada 6 semanas vuelve a empezar la rotación de recetas. Cada receta acostumbra a incluir dos elaboraciones: una proteína y un carbohidrato –y en algunos casos una salsa. Innovación Es un requisito –remunerado– colaborar en la creación de nuevas recetas que sigan unos criterios establecidos. Se remunerará con 25€ por receta que obtenga buen feedback por parte de los clientes. Se doblaría esa cantidad a 50€ por cada receta que se llegase a usar en una posible startup. Elaborar sushi y otros platos japoneses con altos estándares de calidad y presentación. 2. Participar en el diseño de un menú innovador que combine la cocina japonesa con la fusión asiática. 3. Garantizar la correcta manipulación y preparación de ingredientes frescos y premium. 4. Aplicar técnicas avanzadas de corte, cocción y presentación (sashimi, nigiri, makis, etc.). 5. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. 6. Colaborar con el equipo de cocina para mantener un flujo eficiente durante el servicio. 7. Supervisar inventarios y realizar pedidos para garantizar la disponibilidad de materia prima. Requisitos: - Experiencia mínima de 3 años como sushiman o chef especializado en cocina asiática o fusión. - Dominio de técnicas tradicionales de sushi y platos japoneses. - Creatividad para aportar ideas innovadoras y diferenciar el menú. - Experiencia trabajando en restaurantes con alta demanda y calidad. - Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico. - Conocimientos básicos en control de inventarios y gestión de cocina. 1. About the job POSITION SUMMARY Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
