Requirements:
- **Degree in Early Childhood Education **or a similar qualification.
- Fluent or native English speaker.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience **working with children under the age of 6.
- Interest in or openness to the Montessori philosophy (training is a plus, but not required).
- A positive, respectful, and nurturing attitude toward children.
We Offer:
- A warm and supportive working environment.
- A full-time contract: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30
- Salary: 17,000€ gross per year, distributed in 12 monthly payments.
