Position: Junior - Mid IT Business Manager 📍 Location: Málaga, Spain 🏢 Company: A Moongy Group company based in Málaga 📄 Contract: Full-time 🏠 Work Model: 4 days onsite per week Residency: Must currently live in Spain Languages: Spanish (native); English (B2 is preferably) Qualifications: • Previous experience ( 2 - 4 years) as Business Manager, Account Manager in IT services/consulting, • Proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, and new client acquisition, • Previous exposure to the IT world (services, consulting, recruitment, or delivery), • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and processes, • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates., • Knowledge of the IT market and its specificities, as well as familiarity with the most sought-after profiles and technologies. 🚀 About the Role This is a 360° IT Business role sitting right at the crossroads of business development, client relationships, and IT talent management. (Not an IT Manager role — no servers were harmed in the making of this job.)
