Verify that all voided FB guest checks are explained and approved by the supervisor or managerMake sure that all payments and paid outs are handled as per Front Office credit policy. Check that all complimentary and house use rooms have to be approved by the General Manager. Ensure that House accounts and group maters accounts are checked out on a timely basis. Provides punctual support to ensure compliance with local and company requirement, including internal controls, reporting and billing. Reconcile various general ledger accounts at month end. Importante empresa del sector informático precisa incorporar un/a Técnico/a informático/a de campo para realizar las siguientes funciones: • Atención in situ y por control remoto al usuario., • Apertura, resolución de incidencias y/o peticiones de tipología crítica, alta, media y baja a través de herramientas de ticketing (Service Now, Remedy, jira, footprints, otros.) recibidas telefónicamente, vía web o vía email., • Instalación, configuración de Sistemas operativos Windows, Office, etc., • instalación, configuración de software básico y comercial en PC´s, portátiles, tablets, …, • Soporte en infraestructura técnica HW: PC’s de sobremesas, portátiles, puestos de trabajo virtuales, impresoras, faxes, impresoras multifunción, pantallas, teclados, dispositivos en movilidad., • Instalación y configuración en red de los equipos y periféricos informáticos existentes y de aquellos que se vayan incorporando., • Atención, seguimiento y gestión de las incidencias desde el momento de su asignación hasta la conclusión del trabajo Se requiere: Mínimo de 1 años de experiencia en tareas de mantenimiento informático Grado Superior en Informática Catalán nivel avanzado (obligatorio) Carnet de conducir (deseable) Se ofrece: Salario 9,21 bruto/hora Contrato del 07/08 al 12/09 o del 01/09 al 12/09 Horario de 8h a 17h de lunes a viernes
