ph3Program Overview /h3 pAirbus Defence and Space SAU offers a full‑time graduate program in Spain (#Discover II 2026/2027) for recent graduates in a range of disciplines. The program runs from 5th October 2026 to 1st October 2027. /p pThe program partners with Camilo José Cela University and combines an 11‑month internship with master‑level training. The internship takes place in Madrid (Getafe), is full‑time (40 h/week) and includes an attractive study grant. /p pThe selection period is from April 2026 to July 2026. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the International Government Affairs Manager for Spain in developing political support for major export and overseas projects. /li liContribute to the export process across the Group in collaboration with Regions and Public Affairs in Spain. /li liProduce country briefs for Spanish authorities with trade context, key messages, critical support needs and to be sent via Public Affairs Spain. /li liProvide visibility to Regions, especially Europe, on the political agenda/official visits in Spain and abroad, and on topics relevant to Public Affairs Spain. /li liParticipate in preparing events such as logistics, visits by foreign government authorities, forums, international trade fairs and required presentations. /li liDraft internal documents related to International Government Affairs activities and the Europe Region. /li liAt internship’s end, develop a deep understanding of the aerospace sector, geopolitics, and political event management, and become proficient at strategic briefing production for governmental authorities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in International Relations, Politics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liSpanish – native /li liEnglish – negotiation level /li liFrench, German, or other language highly valued /li /ul h3General Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liPassionate about Aerospace, International Business Management, Geopolitics and Communications. /li liStrategic, global, constructive and goal‑oriented thinker. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills: writing, analytical, and synthesis abilities. /li liHighly organized and proactive in anticipating actions and ensuring quality and deadlines. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liComfortable working in a dynamic multinational team and a formal, demanding environment. /li liTeam player. /li liEfficient, agile and results‑oriented. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 pDepending on the opportunities offered, you may be required to travel, attend official receptions, and assist in business conferences. /p h3Compliance /h3 pThis job requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
