Aloha~ Your opportunity The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all goods distributed by Maui Jim in an efficient and accurate manner while ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role coordinates daily warehouse operations, including order preparation, returns processing, and repair shipments, while fostering a respectful and supportive team environment. The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership, monitors performance, drives process improvements, and ensures the Distribution Centre operates at the highest level of efficiency. How you will contribute: Warehouse Operations • Oversee warehouse processes including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods., • Coordinate daily shipments, returns, and repair orders., • Manage inventory control, stock counts, and warehouse organization. Team Management • Lead and support a team of warehouse staff, encouraging growth and collaboration., • Manage and ensure team performance and deliveries., • Create and maintain a work environment that promotes respect, engagement, and job satisfaction. Business Partnership, level of service and Efficiency • Ensure the Distribution Centre operates at the highest level of efficiency, • Act as a liaison between the Planning, Marketing, and Sales departments to ensure optimal inventory levels that meet business needs., • Identify and drive process improvements to boost efficiency., • Select, manage, and negotiate with external suppliers, reviewing contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service. Who you are • Fluent in both Spanish and English., • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse, • Team management experience., • Strong leadership and organizational skills., • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities., • Experience in supplier management and contract review., • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and quality., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus., • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
