Overview of the Team The Global People team at IPC is evolving to deliver a more scalable, consistent, and business-aligned employee experience across regions. The function brings together People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to support organizational growth and performance. This role sits within the Global People team and works closely with People Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to design and execute key talent development initiatives across IPC. Role Overview As Talent Development Lead, you will bring IPC’s talent development agenda to life through strong program execution, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined project management. You will support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership development initiatives, high-potential programs, compliance learning, and structured development pathways that strengthen employee growth and retention across the organization. This role focuses on execution rather than owning overall strategy. You will work closely with People leadership and business stakeholders to translate priorities into practical, scalable programs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines learning and development expertise with strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Development Program Execution: Coordinate and deliver IPC’s talent development initiatives, ensuring programs move from concept to execution with clear timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through., • Learning Pathways & Development Frameworks: Help build structured learning pathways for employees, managers, HR teams, and functional groups, moving IPC away from isolated resources toward a more cohesive development offering., • IPC U / Learning Platform Management: Support the governance, organization, and continuous improvement of IPC U as a central learning hub, ensuring courses, learning plans, records, and resources are accurate, accessible, and well maintained., • Leadership Development Support: Support the rollout of leadership development initiatives, including manager capability programs, leadership training, and future leadership pathways aligned with IPC’s business priorities., • High-Potential & Career Development Programs: Help operationalize development plans, templates, and programs for high-potential and high-performing employees, connecting talent review outcomes to meaningful growth opportunities., • Business Group Training Execution: Partner with Global People Partners and business leaders to understand function-specific capability needs and coordinate learning plans or external support where needed., • Talent Development Guide & Resource Consolidation: Support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive talent development guide that brings together IPC’s development resources, policies, tools, budgets, and career growth opportunities in one place., • Mandatory & Compliance Learning Coordination: Coordinate required learning initiatives, including compliance, AI, technical, and other mandatory training, ensuring completion tracking, communication, and escalation processes are clear., • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a central connector across People Operations, Global People Partners, Regional People Partners, business leaders, Legal, IT, and external vendors to ensure talent development initiatives are aligned and well executed., • Learning Communications & Employee Engagement: Create clear, engaging communications that help employees and managers understand available development opportunities and how to access them., • Vendor, Budget & Resource Management: Support management of external learning providers, government-funded training budgets, LinkedIn Learning, tuition reimbursement, certification bonus programs, and other development investments., • Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track participation, completion, feedback, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives, using insights to improve programs and support better talent development decisions. How You Will Make an Impact • Deliver high-quality talent development programs that improve employee growth, leadership capability, and retention, • Translate People priorities into structured, scalable learning and development initiatives, • Strengthen the execution and consistency of leadership training, high-potential development, and core learning programs across the business, • Improve the employee experience by ensuring development opportunities are well organized, well communicated, and aligned to business and talent needs, • Help build stronger talent pipelines by supporting programs tied to succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility, • Increase the effectiveness and adoption of learning tools and platforms, including IPCU, • Act as a central coordinator across stakeholders to reduce fragmentation and ensure strong follow-through on development initiatives Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role • Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related People function, • Experience coordinating and executing development programs across multiple stakeholders, • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, communications, and deliverables, • Experience supporting leadership development, employee development, or learning programs in a structured business environment, • Ability to turn broad ideas or strategic direction into practical plans and actionable program components, • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across HR and business teams, • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, • Experience working with learning platforms, LMS tools, or talent systems, • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and evolving environment Desired Skills and Experience • Experience supporting high-potential, succession, or internal mobility programs, • Experience with learning communications, learner journeys, and program engagement strategies, • Familiarity with compliance training rollout and tracking, • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, People Operations, or business leaders on development needs, • Experience with vendor coordination or external learning partners, • Familiarity with talent review processes and how development planning connects to performance and retention, • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization, • Experience with content curation, learning pathway design, or capability frameworks, • Knowledge of LMS administration or reporting, ideally including course governance and learning analytics What’s in It for You?
