Job Responsibilities • Present live online sessions in Dutch or Flemish, • Maintain professional and energetic communication during presentations, • Deliver an engaging and entertaining user experience, • Follow company standards and operational procedures, • Collaborate with international colleagues and studio teams, • Work in a rotating 24/7 shift environment, • Represent the company professionally on camera Requirements • Dutch or Flemish C1 level and English B2 level required, • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, hospitality, tourism, sales, entertainment, or similar customer-facing roles, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera, • Positive attitude and energetic personality, • Flexible for rotating shifts, including weekends and nights, • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Spain is highly preferred Relocation Support • Flight or train ticket support, • 26 days of accommodation upon arrival, • Support finding permanent accommodation in Madrid, • Relocation bonus paid in two parts with the first salaries Training • 2 weeks of fully paid training, • No direct industry experience required, • Monday to Friday training schedule, • 6 hours of training per day, • Training includes presentation techniques, communication skills, and game operations Work Schedule • Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, • 4–5 working days per week with 2–3 days off, • Monthly schedules shared in advance, • Possibility to swap shifts with teammates Example Shifts • Morning: 07:55 – 15:00, • Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00, • Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay) Benefits • Gym access across Madrid, • Meal vouchers approximately €100 per month, • Private health insurance after 6 months, • Team events and social activities, • International and multicultural workplace, • Career growth opportunities into trainer, supervisor, or management positions Important Agreement Information The company provides professional academy training as part of the onboarding process. xcskxlj If an employee leaves the company during the initial employment period, part of the training investment may be recovered according to internal company policy and contractual agreement.
