ppLocation: Buenos Aires, Ciudad De Mexico, San Paulo, Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Milan. /p pThe PX Lead for SELAM is BTS's dedicated HR Business Partner for South America South Europe offices. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, MOW (most of the world), the role is the strategic and operational people partner to SELAM leadership, aligning workforce decisions with business priorities across the full employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes creating capacity for leaders, accelerating the talent agenda, stewarding the culture, leveraging data/analytics, and improving / streamlining global MOW PX processes. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Business partnering /h3 ul liServe as the trusted HR partner to SELAM leadership and people managers, participating in meetings, talent reviews, and workforce planning discussions /li liAdvise on org design, span of control, and structure changes as the business evolves /li liAdvise leaders /li /ul h3Recruitment and onboarding /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end hiring for SELAM roles: briefing managers, coordinating search and headhunters (where needed), managing candidate experience up until onboarding. /li liApply the MOW Recruitment Process and keep an accurate view of open roles and pipeline health. /li /ul h3Talent management and succession /h3 ul liRun the annual talent review cycle for SELAM, ensuring calibration and succession plans for critical roles /li liPartner with managers on career development and internal mobility across the sub-region /li liCoordinate the Talent agenda and succession plan (timeline, actions) across the other MOW sub-regions, ensuring the output is delivered by the Head of Region and Regional PX Lead for each. /li /ul h3Learning and development /h3 ul liIn collaboration with our resourcing team (PRO), identify skill gaps and coordinate trainings, development programs, upskilling. /li /ul h3Manager coaching, ER policies /h3 ul liCoach managers through performance conversations, team dynamics, and change management /li liHandle ER matters directly, escalating to Head of PX or legal when required /li liStay current on local employment law across South Europe South America, while keeping policies updated. /li /ul h3Data, engagement and change /h3 ul liUse workforce data (headcount, turnover, survey results) to identify risks and recommend action. Analyse data and create ad hoc reporting info for leaders. /li liDrive the engagement survey locally and the follow‑up action plan. /li liLead local rollout of MOW-wide people initiatives and support organizational change /li /ul h3Offboarding /h3 ul liManage resignation/termination processing and exit interviews, ensuring a professional and compliant exit experience /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li6+ years progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles. /li liMulti-market exposure across South America (Mexico, Brasil, Argentina) South Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece). Preferably with an international background, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics effectively. /li liComfortable operating as a strategic partner and a hands‑on operator /li liStrong data literacy: comfortable with dashboards and people analytics /li liExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills /li liConsulting mindset: a proven ability to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes. /li liFluent English and Spanish, additional languages as Portuguese or Italian are a plus. /li /ul h3About BTS /h3 pBTS is a global professional services firm founded in 1986 in Stockholm, helping organizations move from strategy to execution through leadership development, coaching, and talent transformation.
