You will be responsible for preparing dishes according to TATEL’s standards of quality, presentation, and timing, working under the direction of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Your precision, pace, and organizational skills will be essential to deliver outstanding service. 🧩 Responsabilidades / Responsibilities Preparar mise en place y ejecutar platos según indicaciones de Jefe/a de Partida o Sous Chef. Prepare mise en place and execute dishes as instructed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Seguir recetas, técnicas de cocción y estándares de emplatado del restaurante. Follow recipes, cooking methods, and plating standards. Mantener un flujo de trabajo ágil, limpio y organizado durante el servicio. Maintain an agile, clean, and organized workflow during service. Coordinarse con otras partidas para asegurar un servicio fluido. Collaborate with other sections for smooth operations. Conservar, etiquetar y rotar materias primas según FIFO. Store, label, and rotate raw materials following FIFO standards. Garantizar la calidad del plato (sabor, presentación, temperatura). Ensure dish quality (flavor, presentation, temperature). Cumplir APPCC y mantener el puesto de trabajo impecable. Follow HACCP procedures and maintain a clean workstation. Controlar mermas y comunicar necesidades de inventario. Report waste, shortages, or overproduction. Mantener comunicación clara con el equipo y supervisores. Maintain clear communication with teammates and supervisors. Apoyar en tareas especiales y en formación de personal junior. Assist in special tasks and mentor junior staff. Participar en formaciones internas y mejora continua. Participate in internal training and continuous improvement. 🎯 Requisitos / Requirements Experiencia demostrada como Cocinero/a. Proven experience as a Cook. Dominio técnico, precisión y organización. Strong technical skill, precision, and organization. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión manteniendo la calidad. Ability to work under pressure while ensuring quality. Conocimiento de APPCC e higiene alimentaria. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. Teamwork and effective communication. Pasión por la gastronomía y enfoque en la excelencia. Passion for gastronomy and excellence. Disponibilidad horaria de hostelería.
